Büşra Ağan graduated from Dokuz Eylul University, Department of Economics in 2014. She has a master’s degree in Economics from Dokuz Eylul University in 2017. She received her Ph.D. from the Eastern Mediterranean University Department of Economics in 2023 with her thesis titled “Connectness of Commodity Markets: A Dynamic Study on the Effects of Market Crashes and Sentiments” and also worked as a research assistant throughout her education process. She also completed her second PhD degree at Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Economics in English with her doctoral dissertation titled “An Empirical Analysis of Green Technology Diffusion and Climate Change Adaptation on Green Growth”. She studies energy and environmental economics, technology and innovation, behavioral economics, commodity markets, and financial markets. She has published books, chapters in books, national and international academic publications in these fields .
